ICF Toronto PRISM Award

In 2000, the ICF Toronto Chapter created the PRISM Award to recognize organizations that use coaching to yield measurable business results. Since 2005, ICF Global adopted the PRISM Award that has become the epitome of what professional coaching can accomplish at the corporate/ organizational level.

Does your organization use coaching to improve organizational effectiveness? Recognize this coaching initiative with a nomination for the prestigious PRISM Award.

PRISM Award recipients exemplify how coaching can develop an organization's human capital by maximizing individuals' potential and leading to high Return on Investment (ROI) and Expectations (ROE) from coaching interactions.

How does an organization get nominated?

Any business leader can have their organization nominated for a PRISM Award by having their internal or external coach complete an application form.
