Ralph is honoured to be leading the Awards Committee for the 2021-2022 year. He is a strong advocate for building the credibility of coaching in the business world. He sees the awards as a way to raise awareness and celebrate both professionalism and excellence.
Samy Chong, MCC
Samy Chong, MCC, is the CIO (Chief Inspiration Officer) of Corporate Philosopher Inc. which provides coaching services to the legal community all over Canada and the US. In addition to having logged over 10,000 hours of professional coaching, Samy is also a lifelong entrepreneur who leverages his early experiences as a restaurant owner/operator in Malaysia to add value for his coaching and other business ventures. Samy has a depth of experience with the ICF Chapter, being a member of the Board of Directors for 5 years and was part of the inaugural PRISM Awards Committee.
Lucy Shenouda, PCC
Lucy Shenouda, PCC, is the founder and owner of FosterEssence Coaching Inc. She is a global citizen, having lived and worked across three continents. Over twenty-five years, she supported Fortune 500 and Global 500 leaders with branding and marketing expertise. Lucy is an active member of the global coaching community, supporting educational programming, is a public speaker and a coaching supervisor trainee. In addition, she is a published author and accredited team coach.
She feels honoured and privileged to be of service to our coach community, to recognize the unique contributions, influences and rigour that leads to real and lasting impact across leader, team organizational and systemic levels.

Ann Fogolin, BEd, MCC
Ann approaches each coaching engagement with a direct, open, intuitive style. With a practised art of listening—not just for words but for the feelings and energy behind them—she quickly melds observation, thought-provoking insight and creative support. She specializes in coaching visionary leaders, executives and collaborative work teams, as well as mentoring experienced coaches.
Ann serves as a faculty member with three coach training schools, including UT Dallas Executive Coaching Masters program, and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) assessor and trainer of aspiring assessor coaches. She also serves on the Association for Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) ethics committee. Ann's mission is to empower her clients to live their best lives and her commitment of personal and professional mastery is demonstrated through the coaching and mentoring of new and experienced coaches.
As Founder of Becuz I Matter, Ann works with organizations and the individuals who comprise them to achieve increased focus and productivity, manage time, hone problem-solving skills and become stronger communicators.
Honoured to be the first recipient of the individual contributor award, Ann believes this award represents the values of the ICF - demonstrating responsibility to the profession and its continued enhancement, a deep commitment to this community and support in its growth, being a representative of who we are as coaches and the difference we make in the world by being integrous individuals in all walks of life and the mindset we commit to that allows all to be seen and embraced for who they are in the world regardless of what may make us different.

Mary-Ellen Hynd, MBA, CPCC, PCC
A seasoned ICF-Accredited global coach and organizational strategist known for moving ideas to meaningful action through leadership, sustainability and communication. Mary-Ellen prioritizes diversity and inclusion and specializes in coaching to develop a creative versus reactive leadership mindset using values as a compass for decision making.
She coaches mid- to senior-level executives, healthcare leaders, small and medium size business owners and individuals embarking on a new stage in career / life. Physician leaders are a unique area of expertise. Mary-Ellen was recruited as a coach for the Schulich Executive Education Centre’s Physician Leadership Development Program to provide individual and group coaching plus guidance for complex action learning projects.
Mary-Ellen created and leads the Coaching to Develop a Leadership Mindset workshop series for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Academy. An adjunct professor for Humber’s School of Media Studies & Information Technology, she designed and taught several courses including Leadership & Teamwork, Presentation Skills, Internal Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics.
