Beth Easton Beth at icftoronto dot com | It’s an honour to be invited to serve on the ICF Toronto Chapter Board of Directors. As a member of the DEI Committee, I’ve had the opportunity to learn more about the Chapter's DEI and anti-racism goals and commitments and to join with others to continue to move this work forward. As a coach working with established and emerging leaders, increasing the capacity of coaches to truly embody DEI and anti-racism in their coaching practices, and my own, is a priority for me. I look forward to collaborating with Chapter members and Board colleagues to more fully integrate DEI and anti-racism in all that we do in partnership with those whom we serve. |
