Andy Martiniello

Andy has over 25 years of experience in business development and leading teams, working with global organizations as well as start-ups and has been delivering executive coaching for over 5 years.

Andy is the Chief Relationship Officer with Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches Agency and works as an Executive Coach with DECLARE IT! He is certified with the International Coach Federation (ACC) and in the EQi-2.0/360 assessment tools.

As the former Head of Growth and Coach Network at Strategyzer, a leading boutique consultancy in Growth Innovation based in Zurich CH, Andy is trained in Strategyzer’s suite of tools and immersed in driving awareness around innovation culture and team alignment.

Much of Andy’s career has been in sales and sales leadership, focusing on complex HR Management technology solutions for large enterprise organizations. He has worked for companies such as Ceridian, Workday, TELUS Sourcing Solutions and PeopleFluent.

Andy has volunteered with many organizations including Kids Help Phone and was on the Board of Directors for an organization that runs skiing and snowboarding programs for persons with a disability.

Lili Shalev-Shawn

Lili Shalev-Shawn is a certified executive coach, an accomplished communications and marketing expert and an entrepreneur. Over the past 25 years, she has held senior leadership roles at both public and private sector organizations, where she managed multi-functional teams and developed integrated communications campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands, including GlaxoSmithKline, Kellogg’s, Unilever, Nestle, KFC, IBM and Cadbury.

Lili now brings that experience, together with her professional coach training at the Adler School of Professional Coaching, to help others excel in their own careers. Her pragmatic, motivational approach allows her clients to accelerate their growth and get unstuck in the areas that are holding them back. Some organizations that her clients work at include KPMG, Scotia Bank, Bell Canada, Klick Health, St. Michaels Hospital, Women’s College Hospital, Shoppers Drug Mart, Indigo.

Lili has volunteered in many capacities including as mentor, Board member and Co-founder of a non-profit organization aimed at increasing the number of committed and registered organ and tissue donors in Canada.

Abirambika Ravivarman

Abirambika Ravivarman is a Life and Leadership Coach. She is the founder & CEO, of Green Minds, India. Skilled in coaching and facilitation of transformational workshops across various levels of leadership. She has over 12 years of corporate experience post which she has been running her own organisation. She has worked with many big clients in India like Daimler - Mercedes-Benz Group, Mando Corporation, a Korean organisation, Citibank, Apollo Tyres, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and many others. Her expertise is to create custom people development solutions to corporate organisations. She is also a team coach.

She is an author and a motivational speaker too. She holds a Guinness World Record Holder for "Most Pledges received for a Campaign" with 122582 pledges taken by children and youth of Tamil Nadu.

Abi has been a member of ICF Chennai Board of Directors as the Director of Marketing and Communications and is the co-leader with ICF global for Life, Vision and Enhancement Community of Practice.

She is currently relocating to Toronto from India to start a new chapter in her life.

She strongly believes that every human being has immense potential and if tapped in the right way would take them to new heights. With this in mind she is pursuing working with many segments of people starting from children to adults. She runs an exclusive program for pre-teens and teens just to help him uncover their potential at an age that will give them a head start with their life. She does more to give back to society and to create amazing youth for the future.

I am honoured to be your President as of March 2022. My mission, with the Board, is to continue to build a sense of community and belonging that supports all our members, guests and partners and advances the coaching profession. I joined this Board in 2019 into a newly created position of "Corporate Outreach" and took on responsibility for our ICF Annual Awards program. I am proud of my accomplishments in this role, building partnerships and events with HRPA and ACMP, both professional associations leading change management in organizations, offering learning, networking and business opportunities to our members. Through this portfolio, and with a dedicated team of volunteers, we successfully secured strategic partnerships for each of our annual Conferences. In 2020, we expanded our Annual Awards program to include Lifetime Achievement Award and Individual Contributor Awards, these awards along with PRISM, recognize and celebrate our value of inclusiveness and the impact and contributions of our members across all fields of coaching.

Hossam Bakir

Hossam is a Mental Health coach. With over 20 years of study and practice in the clinical and healthcare fields, Hossam has gained experience in physical and mental wellbeing.

Working as a physician, and then a mental health coach, he understands the busy and stressful lifestyles, as well as the challenges facing people to achieve their goals, and overcome their mental obstacles.

As a Master of Health Evaluation student, Hossam is currently preparing for his PhD at the University of Waterloo.

Jenny Barkan is a business coach, specializing in Leadership Skills Development and Creation of Employee Experience. She holds degrees in Law and Psychology & Management, but her passion always was to help people to live better lives while they are at work and outside of work. This is why, almost 10 years ago she decided to transform her passion into a business and received formal training as a Life and Business Coach at Erickson Coaching International Institute, Vancouver, Canada. In 2014 she also became a member of the ICF Global and ICF Toronto Charter Chapter. For the last three years she participated in the Coach Connect initiative, providing pro-bono coaching to the employees of the variety of GTA non-profit organizations. In 2020 she was a member of Organizing Committee for International Coaching Week.

Jenny is a big supporter of science-based coaching and always shares the latest developments in neuroscience during her webinars and training.

Kirk Fox is a certified executive coach (PCC) & senior leadership development facilitator. With his background in learning and development combined with over 30 years of business experience in a variety of sectors, he brings a unique focus to his work with all levels of leadership and teams.

In his work as a certified executive coach, Kirk coaches senior executives, leaders and teams in both the private and public sector. Kirk inspires his clients to set goals to transform and develop themselves, along with those around them, in order to maximize their personal and professional potential. Kirk received his Executive Coaching certification through Royal Roads University in 2013. Kirk is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as ICF Toronto and holds his PCC designation (Professional Certified Coach).

Kirk contributes actively to the learning and development community through his membership with I4PL, the Institute for Performance and Learning, where he also served 4 years on the Board of Directors.

Shahab Anari is a professional coach who specializes in major transitions and personal branding. He trained as a medical doctor many years ago, but his current designations include Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF, CAPP (Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology) from The Flourishing Center, and Certified Personal Branding Assessment Analyst.

Shahab has served clients in 21 countries, and he has shared the stage with legendary speakers such as Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, and Brian Tracy. He also consistently creates content for his ~300,000 engaged social media followers. His company holds a GUINNESS WORLD RECORD in the publishing industry.

Shahab prides himself on his commitment to ethical conduct, world-class service, and client care. He also does a lot of voluntary work, including his role on the board of ICF (International Coaching Federation) Toronto. In 2020, he was named a Top 25 Canadian Immigrant.

Terri Donohue

Terri Donohue (she/her) a Jamaican American who identifies as Black or Jamaican American is a Certified Transformation Life and Leadership Coach with a passion for women's issues. She is an accredited International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Terri relocated from Los Angeles, California, where she spent twenty-two years in the Entertainment Industry as an Emmy nominated makeup artist. The last years of her television career were spent on the Board of Governors for The Television Academy (which produced The Emmy Awards). In the Governor's seat, she realized her passion for submerging Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) within her peer group.

As a Transformation Life and Leadership Coach Terri is focused on enabling self-actualization, which allows individuals and companies to discover unlimited possibilities. Terri is currently enrolled in the UBC Award of Achievement Program in Anti-Racism.

You can find Terri supporting her one-on-one clients, volunteering her services, or leading groups and teams. She coaches a support group of over a hundred women members and offers workshops and other group offerings.

Terri is a Reiki energy healer, busy coach, wife, and doggie mom.
