Diversity Dialogue II

As ICF Toronto we stand for greater diversity and inclusion. We stand against racism and violence. The continued perpetuation of systemic inequality is at odds with ICF’s shared values. Change begins when we open ourselves to feedback about where we are getting it wrong and to guidance on what we can do to get it right.

Please join our second exploratory dialogue that can increase your awareness as a coach and open the door for all of us at ICF Toronto to live our value of inclusiveness more fully. We will have a chance to explore content in the previous week's presentation by Keith Jeffers - Racism 101. In this highly interactive session, we will be making extensive use of Chat and Breakout rooms. Together we will explore our experience and possibilities. Partnering and learning together, we can make a positive difference.
