In this crisis is the opportunity of a lifetime to be a part of what Joanna Macey calls the Great Turning – a transformation that will engage our sense of meaning and purpose. But what does it take? We will briefly overview the current situation from a scientific perspective to answer ‘why now?’ and then explore ‘how now’ as we identify the role coaching might play, how coaching is already evolving and how you might begin to engage your clients with these important questions.
