About Cecile Andreas

Cecile brings her experience as a healthcare leader, coach and entrepreneur to her work with individuals and organizations to her mission of unlocking strengths and possibility in individuals, teams and systems.

She partners with coaches to discover their innate wisdom, skill and talent, through mentor coaching and coaching supervision.

As a certified Dare to Lead facilitator, she draws on the work of Brené Brown in her coaching, supervision and life, believing that vulnerability is the door to discovering our most connected, meaningful lives.
