NeuroManagement focusing on NeuroLeadership, as it relates to coaching, will be the topic with speaker Carlos Davidovich.

Join us on March 19th - when you will gain an understanding of how our brain works and reacts to others, connected to performance and results; and learn to identify the most common communication barriers and the way to overcome them. Carlos will share the latest findings in Neuroscience on how our brain works in relation to:
  • decision-making and problem solving processes
  • communication circuitry in organizations
  • brain and organizational communication: common patterns
Participants will learn:
  • a challenging perspective to apply to clients' conflictive situations; then to be able to uncover new solutions to overcome them
  • practical concepts from Neuroscience that will broaden the understanding of our work as coaches and the possibilities to help our clients
