Dr. Bruce L. Huntley, ACC

Dr. Bruce L. Huntley is an ICF-Credentialed Leadership and Business Coach, community leader, and former human resources executive with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries. As a Success Partner, Dr. Huntley supports leaders in navigating complex leadership challenges, regaining momentum, and achieving greater success and resilience. His coaching combines strategic insight and academic rigor, helping leaders break through obstacles that inhibit personal growth to experience lasting transformation.

Lori Kelly

Lori Kelly is the Director, Human Resources at the City of Mississauga. In this role, Lori is responsible for managing all business functions of the Human Resources division which includes talent management, total rewards, health and safety, HRMS as well as employee and labour relations. Lori leads a team of dedicated Human Resources professionals in service to almost 7000 employees across fifteen unique and diverse service areas.

Marcos A. Persaud, LL.B

Marcos A. Persaud is a seasoned advocate for 2SLGBTQIA+ rights, with over a decade of experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives across multiple industries. Throughout his career at notable organizations such as the Department of Justice, Deloitte, PwC, and George Weston, Marcos has been instrumental in fostering inclusive work environments. As the Senior Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and HR Governance Specialist at Maple Leaf Foods, Marcos has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s approach to 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion. His efforts, including advancing employee engagement, leading unconscious bias training, and overseeing the company’s diversity initiatives, have significantly impacted its corporate culture.
