Stepping into Team Coaching: Skills and Shifts

This session is the first of a two-part series for both aspiring and established team coaches who are transitioning or seeking to enhance their competence in coaching teams. This engaging co-creative discussion provides a unique opportunity to explore the essential skills and mindset shifts required for effective team coaching. Through rotating conversations, participants will uncover insights into the challenges and opportunities of team coaching. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with greater clarity and curiosity, setting the foundation for Part two which will focus on applying these concepts through real-world case studies.

Deep holds two decades of progressive experience, showcasing her versatility as a Consultant, Coach, Sales Leader, and Leadership Facilitator. Over the years, she has dedicated more than 35,000 man-hours to facilitating behavioural and leadership training for individuals ranging from Senior to Junior levels in diverse industries, including educational institutes such as IIMs, management consultancies, Defense, IT, Travel, Manufacturing, Automotive, Fintech, and retail. Deep’s extensive portfolio includes over 10,000 coaching hours, with a growing passion for systemic team coaching and leadership consulting. Her specialties encompass executive coaching, leadership development, systemic team coaching, mentor coaching, and group process facilitation. She has trained over 200 plus coaches across India and abroad, and runs a community of practice.

Deep’s contributions extend beyond her professional roles. She serves as the editor and co-author of the book “Coaching Mantras,” exploring the convergence of Eastern Wisdom and Western Coaching frameworks. Moreover, she collaborated with nine other women coaches to share their life and leadership lessons in the book “Grace, Grit, Gravitas.” A poet at heart, Deep publishes podcasts on life and transformational leadership aspects titled “Deep Reflections” on Spotify. She recorded Wings of Women YouTube series with women leaders from various sectors & curated Wings of Women program for the corporate & NGOs. Her poetic works have found a place in the book “Elephantism and Emotions,” and she recently published an e-book on Mother’s Day titled “Deep Insights”—a reflective journal and poetry book.
