  have their voices heard by voting on various Motions presented\, includin
 g voting in the new slate of Directors who will serve in the upcoming term
 . In order to vote\, you must be a member in good standing of the ICF Toro
 nto chapter which means you are a member of ICF Global and have identified
  Toronto as your affiliate chapter.\n\nTo help facilitate the voting proce
 ss and ensure quorum is achieved for the meeting\, we are offering you the
  opportunity to cast your vote on the five Motions being presented in adva
