SUMMARY:ICF Toronto Reciprocal Peer Coaching Program | Cohort #3 Kickoff Ca
 ll
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the ICF Toronto Reciprocal Peer Coaching Program!\nK
ickoff Call\nWhat is Reciprocal Peer Coaching?\nReciprocal (peer) coaching
is a process where professional coaches partner\, alternating roles as co
ach and coachee in a collaborative\, confidential environment. It involves
coaches working together as equals\, supporting each other’s developmen
t.\n\nWhy it Matters?\n\nReciprocal Peer Coaching offers a space for mutua
l learning\, where coaches both give and receive coaching\, strengthen the
ir skills\, and build meaningful connections. Along the way\, participants
earn credentialing credit\, deepen self-awareness\, and grow personally a
 nd professionally within a trusted community.\n\n\nProgram Overview\n\nThe
program is designed for optimal peer learning\, flexible and impactful fo
r all credentialed ICF coaches.\n\nIt supports coaches on their journey to
ward ICF credentialing while fostering meaningful peer engagement\, skill
development\, and community building.\n\nReciprocal Peer coaching counts t
owards the paid hours’ requirement for ICF credentials (100 hours for
ACC\, 500 hours for PCC\, and 2500 hours for MCC)\, provided that each pa
rticipating coach conducts an equal number of sessions with their peers.\n
\nProgram Cohorts\n\nThe program is offered three times a year in cohort f
 ormat\n\n Cohort 1: January – March l (CLOSED)\n Cohort 2: April –
  June l (CLOSED)\n Cohort 3: September – November l (OPEN)\n\nProgram
Highlights\n\nThe program follows a cohort-based structure that supports
self-managed partnerships for continued learning\, with flexibility for co
aches to design frequency and format throughout the cohort duration.\n\nIn
take &amp\; Matching\n\nBefore each cohort begins\, coaches are matched by
the chapter based on a brief intake form. Participants are informed of th
eir match during the kickoff session. These matches are structured as a pa
ir (coach and coachee (client)) or a triad (coach\, coachee (client) and o
bserver) for the full three-month duration. Space is limited to 50 parti
cipants per cohort\; early registration is encouraged.\n\nKickoff Session
\n\nEach cohort starts with a structured Kickoff - Reciprocal Peer Coachin
g Introduction Session.\n\n A walkthrough of program expectations \, work
book and structure description.\n Time to get paired\, design the engagem
ent and exchange contacts for ongoing self-managed sessions using checklis
ts provided in the workbook.\n Facilitators available throughout to provi
de guidance and answer questions.\n\nSelf-Managed Peer Coaching Sessions\n
\n Participants manage their own coaching schedule and are encouraged to
use the provided workbook to design the alliances and log session dates\,
times\, competencies practiced\, and personal reflections.\n Coaches may
choose to record sessions (with mutual consent)\n\nMidpoint Check-In Call\
n\nThe chapter will organize and invite participants to a Midpoint Check-I
 n Call\, conducted halfway through the cohort.\n\nFinal Reflection &amp\;
Evaluation\n\nAt the end of the cohort\, participants will be invited to c
omplete a survey and reflect on their coaching hours\, the competencies th
ey practiced\, the goals they achieved\, and their overall experience in t
he program.\n\nBenefits of the Program\n\n Fast-Track Your Credentialing:
