Candid Conversations with PeopleDynamics - Part 2

Created by PeopleDynamics Learning Group (PDLG), Candidly™ recognizes that humanity thrives on conversations, particularly those addressing pivotal issues like climate, race, religion, gender, sex, and politics.

These conversation labs emphasize the transformative power of personal awareness, deep listening, generous inquiry, and exploring shared experience. Participants will be engaged in challenging conversations to learn the art of communication with diverse perspectives that constructs bridges of understanding.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore "holding space" for ourselves as coaches, our clients, and with each other.
  • Engage in real-time practice of getting candid with each other, including holding space and saying the thing that needs saying.
  • Introduce tools and perspectives to support connection and finding common ground.
  • Consider impacts and opportunities when relational stakes are high.

Competencies addressed:

  • Embodies a Coaching Mindset
  • Cultivates Trust and Safety
  • Maintains Presence
  • Listens Actively
  • Evokes Awareness

This is a highly interactive session with breakout groups, plenary conversation and self-reflection activities.
