Candid Conversations with PeopleDynamics - Part 2

Created by PeopleDynamics Learning Group (PDLG), Candidly™ recognizes that humanity thrives on conversations, particularly those addressing pivotal issues like climate, race, religion, gender, sex, and politics.

These conversation labs emphasize the transformative power of personal awareness, deep listening, generous inquiry, and exploring shared experience. Participants will be engaged in challenging conversations to learn the art of communication with diverse perspectives that constructs bridges of understanding.

Learning Objectives:

Explore "holding space" for ourselves as coaches, our clients, and with each other.
Engage in real-time practice of getting candid with each other, including holding space and saying the thing that needs saying.
Introduce tools and perspectives to support connection and finding common ground.
Consider impacts and opportunities when relational stakes are high.

This is a highly interactive session with breakout groups, plenary conversation and self-reflection activities.

Maggie Coulter

Maggie Coulter is Principal Partner of PeopleDynamics Learning Group (PDLG) and lead faculty for PDLG’s Business Coaching Advantage Program™. She brings a wealth of business expertise as well as coaching and facilitation experience to her work as an instructor and mentor coach.

Marina Sinclair

Marina is a Principal Partner at PeopleDynamics Learning Group Inc., where her role includes program design and content architecture for program development. She facilitates selected programs in the conversation space, with special interest and expertise in Diversity and Inclusion.

Donna Forde

Donna is a Principal Partner with PeopleDynamics Learning Group (PDLG) and lead faculty and mentor coach for PDLG’s Business Coaching Advantage Program™. She brings a rich background in individual and team coaching plus extensive leadership and organizational development expertise to her work as a coach and mentor.
