CONFLICT MANAGEMENT COACHING WORKSHOP-VIRTUAL

by CINERGY® Coaching

Conflict management coaching is a speciality with its grounding on coaching, neuroscience and conflict management principles. It is a one-on-one technique, in which a trained coach supports clients to prevent unnecessary conflict, to more effectively manage and engage in their interpersonal disputes and to strengthen their conflict management skills.

The outcomes of this workshop are that participants will learn:

  1. the theory, principles, and methods specific to the CINERGY® model of conflict management coaching.
  2. the types of skills required to provide this form of coaching and how the process may be distinguished from other forms of coaching.
  3. how to incorporate the coaching model into your practice by experiencing the role of coach, ‘client’ and observer.
  4. applications of this technique; and
  5. suggested documents about the logistics of conflict management coaching.

The next session and practices will occur over the weeks of February 5-27, 2024. More information on this and other dates of our workshops may be found at https://cinergycoaching.com/training/coaching-practitioner/ or contact Cinnie Noble PCC, LL.M. (DR) CINERGY® Coaching at: Email: cinnie@cinergycoaching.com; Phone: 416-686-4247

We offer a $300. discount to members of ICF and ICF CCEUs are granted to participants who complete this workshop.

Happy Holidays…. take a few minutes to remember your value as a coach…. from eiADVANTAGE

From eiADVANTAGE, THANK YOU to all the individuals and organizations who invited us into their lives for coaching conversations, training, and certifications. To our fellow coaches, we encourage you to take a few moments to reflect on the key role your coaching has played in the lives of others.

Master coach Robert Hargrove, a world-famous thought leader on coaching, shares four key roles coaching plays to support people. As coaches, we:

  • Enable the person to recognize the winds of change and the time of decision: people, often see the world through the rear-view mirror, mistaking where they have been for where they are going. We help them focus forward.
  • Name and frame the decision or dilemma in a way that gets to the heart of the matter: before we identify a solution, we need to explore, clarify, and define a problem. We can guide the conversation in this way.
  • Mobilize and energize the team: people have multiple demands and tend to be highly reactive; we are “thinking partners” and can slow the conversation down to check reasoning and data for informed decision making.
  • Help people execute decisions and adjust along the way: we help people identify the substance of a decision to act and not get mired in minutia. We encourage people to adjust along the way, to be committed, and be open to feedback and learning.

BIPOC Collaborative Connections

I'm excited to introduce you to BIPOC Collaborative Connections, an online community committed to fostering inclusivity and equity for individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) with diverse identities. As an Inclusive Coach and a Black Neurospicy woman, I profoundly understand the unique intersectional experiences that marginalized individuals encounter. Drawing from my extensive experience in the non-profit sector, I am acutely aware of the challenges and isolation that individuals of color face when striving to establish inclusive spaces. However, we don't have to carry this burden alone. Join our community of coaches and let's collaboratively create a space where BIPOC individuals can connect, exchange experiences, and support each other on the journey to a more equitable and inclusive world.

Our community offers a haven for coaches of color to express themselves, collaborate, and access the support they require. We firmly believe that it's not the identities of marginalized individuals that need fixing, but rather the systems and structures responsible for inequality. Our goal is to understand and deconstruct these societal structures by bolstering our community, which, in turn, equips us to support our coaching clients effectively.

Join us at BIPOC Collaborative Connections and let's work together towards a more inclusive and equitable world. Additionally, we extend our support to organizations as a dedicated coaching resource group, thereby making a significant impact toward achieving equity.

Mentor Coaching with Jo Bennett, ACPC, PCC, ACE

Engage with confidence in a personalized 1:1 space where you can flourish as a coach!

For five years I have mentored clients in the early stages of their coaching journey: individuals in ICF accredited education programs, those applying for an ACC or PCC credential, as well as ICF members renewing their ACC credential. I am specifically trained in mentor coaching, and I am registered as a mentor coach with the ICF.

I take a coach approach with mentor clients to deepen their self reflection skills, collaborating to explore growth edges while celebrating current gifts. There is ample time to steep in the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies for rich alignment. We co-generate thoughtful feedback on two or more recorded calls. My coach clients build on insights discovered during and between our sessions, as they witness their growth in their own client’s results.

More information is available on my website: https://solomojo.ca/icf-mentor-coach/

It is a joy and privilege to work with newer coaches. Their dedication to learning inspires me to grow and thrive as a professional.

I look forward to working with you!
