The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.

Jennifer is an ICF ACC focused on leadership coaching and team cohesion, built on a belief that everything comesback to trust. As a practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Assessments, and The Five Behaviors, sheblends self-awareness tools with practical strategies to help leaders build trust, strengthen communication, andalign with outcomes that matter.
Jennifer draws on 30 years of advertising and media experience across Canada and the USA, including serving asChief Client Officer for one of Canada’s largest media agencies — working with 100+ clients and managing teamsof over 300 people. She brings deep expertise in navigating corporate environments and driving cultural transformation.
Beyond her coaching practice, Jennifer mentors emerging Indigenous professionals through the InfluenceMentoring Society, serves as Communications Director on the Toronto Modern Quilt Guild board, and is a CertifiedZentangle Teacher and SoulCollage® Facilitator.
