At the ICF Toronto Chapter, we were fortunate to host Angie Holleran, ICF’s Regional Development Manager for the Professional Coaches Family in February 2023. Angie presented The Nuts & Bolts of Credentialing and this virtual meeting was recorded. Please check out the recording of this presentation below.
Anyone can call themselves a coach. But ICF-credentialed coaches are professionals who have met stringent education and experience requirements, and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Additionally, they adhere to strict ethical guidelines as part of ICF’s mission to protect and serve coaching consumers.
ICF Credentials and Standards has released updated candidate guides for each level of credentialing. The ACC, PCC, and MCC Candidate Guides are designed to serve as a comprehensive resource to assist credential candidates with all aspects of the credentialing process.
ICF requires its credentialed coaches to continuously improve their professional skills and knowledge in order to provide the best value to their clients. You can find accepted Continuing Coach Education (CCE) sources and where to find CCEs
