The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.

Sangeetha is an ICF-credentialed Leadership and Career Coach, Master Facilitator, and founder of POD Transformations Consulting in Toronto. Over 15 years she has partnered with Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, Citi, Fidelity, Toyota, Toronto Public Library, Reckitt, and FCC Canada — strengthening leadership capability to drive performance and organizational growth.
Her work uses ICF methodologies and EQi assessments to foster holistic transformation from within. Through more than 700 capability interventions via facilitated programs and strategic coaching, she has helped organizations build human systems that perform under pressure in a fast-evolving global environment.
Sangeetha holds an MBA from Swiss Business School Zurich, certifications from George Brown College and Oscar Murphy International (Singapore), and EQ-i 2.0® certification. Her work has been featured in The Toronto Sun, Ottawa Sun, CTV News, and The Globe & Mail.
