Board of Directors
The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.
Donna Needs
Chapter HUB Liaison
Donna Needs is a Coach, Consultant and Educator with 20+ years’ experience.
Donna is a proud Canadian who lived and worked in the UAE for 23 years. She went to Dubai to teach at the Higher Colleges of Technology in 1995. Once she completed an MSc in Training and Development, she decided to go into corporate and became a Learning and Development Manager. She repatriated to Canada in 2018.
Donna held several senior regional learning and development management positions while in the UAE and ran her own consultancy.
Her coaching clients have included business owners, C-level executives, and middle managers. She also conducts mentor coaching for coaches who want to become accredited with the ICF.
Donna was active with the Dubai ICF Chapter and has volunteered on the Membership Committee for the Toronto ICF Chapter for several years.
She enjoys teaching/training, dogs, travel, reading, socializing and spending time with family and friends.
