Board of Directors
The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.

I am a transformation leader, PCC coach, and passionate volunteer. With over 35 years of business experience, I have worked with diverse organizations and teams to increase leadership effectiveness and impact. My business expertise draws from leading sales teams, building profitable organizations, and creating client value. That acumen has earned me swift credibility and license to inspire new perspectives, commitments and actions. My purpose is to activate the leader in all of us and help each of us be the best leader we can be – even beyond what we think is possible.
I have been an active volunteer with ICF Toronto over the years. In the early 2000s I was the Director of Marketing and Communications for two years with the ICF Toronto Board, In 2019-2020, I co-led the ICF Toronto Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy committee, and then joined the Board in 2021. As the Board Secretary and Co-Director of Transformation and Governance, I’ve been deeply involved in embedding EDI in our Board’s processes and governance, and leading through change with technology and culture. This is important work, and it is my hope that the membership will support my continued efforts to work with our Board.
