Britton, Jennifer

An award winning program designer, and as a former global manager with the UN Jenn also specializes in virtual teams, global leadership issues, and coaching skills training. As a pioneer and author in the area of group and team coaching, Jennifer also writes and supports teams and organizations in the areas of creating exceptional virtual and remote work experiences, and thriving through disruption, uncertainty and change for businesses, teams and organizations. She spent most of the 1990s and early 2000s leading remote and virtual teams through complex projects in quickly changing environments, with the UN as well as Canadian and British humanitarian organizations. Her work has come full circle in 2020 with many of these early experiences as a leader supporting the work or her clients – businesses, leaders and teams needing to go remote and/or virtual, operating in disrupted environments.

Jennifer is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Prism Award Winner for Excellence in Coaching (Fall 2016). She is the author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching and her latest book – Effective Virtual Conversations (2017). She works with individual, group and team clients on leadership, teamwork and performance issues. Jennifer also acts as a mentor coach for CPCC certification as well as those applying for ICF Credentials.
Jennifer is a Certified Human Resource Professional and a Certified Performance Technologist. She hosts the Teams365 blog at PotentialsRealized.com and is the co-host of the Remote Pathways podcast.
