A two-time ICF (International Coaching Federation) Prism award winner, I work with leaders (emerging to experienced), and organizations, on navigating, leading and flourishing in times of flux, opportunity and challenge.

I coach and facilitate learning supporting intentions to “Be a Better Human Leader”. This includes teaching coaching skills to leaders – and have designed/lead Academy/Cohort training (won Prism award). And I am a faculty member of People Dynamics Learning Group facilitating and mentor coaching participants in its Business Advantage Leadership
I am a contributing careers columnist with the Globe and Mail for more than a decade, and am author of the book Ease: Manage Overwhelm in Times of Crazy Busy.
