Jane Graydon is a Master Certified Executive Coach who inspires leaders to deliver unprecedented results and realize their full leadership potential. With over three decades of coaching, leadership development, and real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, she is an experienced thought partner. Jane has a unique appreciation of leading complex organizations through change. Jane focuses on building leaders’ strengths through feedback, self-discovery and accountability.

Jane works with senior executives and entrepreneurs within organizations of all sizes across a range of industries. Jane is highly valued by her clients for her ability to quickly build a relationship propelling them to identify new opportunities for growth and make their vision reality.

Prior to establishing her own coaching practice, Jane held executive positions in healthcare and global telecommunications. Jane also taught Leadership at Simon Fraser University and co-owned a motorcycle dealership.

Jane received her coach training from Adler International Learning and is an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach. She studied International Business in Japan after receiving her MBA in Human Resources and her Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. Jane is TILT 365 certified. She is an active member of International Coach Federation, Organization Development Network and Strategic Capability Network in Toronto. Jane is also a member of ICF Toronto Chapter Board of Directors.
