Bonnie is an HR Professional and Certified Coach (ACC) who supports organizations and individuals to reach their goals and maximize their potential.

She is a change leader, collaborate innovator and founder of The Expert Within You, a coaching and consulting business that promotes building a coaching culture to increase capacity for individuals and organizations.

She served on the ICF Toronto Chapter board for 2 years 2019/20 and was instrumental in the change to the membership model (thanks to her predecessor) which resulted in explosive growth.
