Graduate of the stellar Royal Roads University’s Executive Coaching Program and U of T’s Learning Design Post Graduate Programs. While full time employed within the non-profit sector as Career Coach/Workshop Facilitator and Content Curator, I am also at the exploratory intersection of art and spirituality, as these unique modalities empower the self discovery pathways in rich and unexpected ways. My MBTI credentials and practice further empower clients’ self awareness, whether they are on their upward mobility in their careers or simply curious to deepen their knowledge about ‘Self’ and their inner world. My series of mental health trainings by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and the fact that I have been serving a large amount of clients with PTSD and various levels of anxiety enable me to work with unique groups of individuals, such as Veterans, Refugees and the elderly.
