My Coaching Story:

I am a human, a daughter, a sister, a sister-in-law, an aunt, a friend, a confidant, a mentor, a consultant, a HR professional, and a coach, , who is on the journey of “betterment”. Whilst I pursue my continuous improvement as a human, I gain the most satisfaction in seeing the transformation of my client journeys. This may sound “cliché”, but coaching really is my calling and it took me getting out of the corporate world, a career break, moving to a new country during a pandemic to realize that this is what I want to be doing for the rest of my life.

Having been in HR for over 25 years, coaching has been part of my job in one way or another for at least the past 7 years, but it was always muddled with a combination of mentoring, advising, consulting, and guiding. It wasn’t until I got my professional coaching certification, that I really learnt the true meaning of coaching and the profound impact coaches have. As a matter of fact, getting my certification, going through mentor and peer coaching, I personally grew as a person too. I became more aware of myself, and I too am on this never-ending journey of ‘betterment’, betterment as a human being before anything.

My Coaching Philosophy:

As a coach, I show up to each session authentically and intentionally, with a client focused open mind. I create a none-judgmental, safe-space for everyone to be themselves. I’d like you to see me as a caring, and an empathetic person. I aim to ensure you have a meaningful, and an enlightening coaching experience with me, where I become your trusted partner who is fully committed in seeing your journey of transformation through.

My coaching is aligned with my passion for equity, diversity and inclusion. I coach people leaders in how they can create inclusive, safe work places for their diverse teams.
