Meena Kaila Gambhir is a certified Professional Coach with a passion for empowering career transition professionals to thrive, with greater clarity, focus, and confidence, to accelerate a transition to the next stage of their careers. As a Career Coach and Consultant, she works with career-changers and job-seekers at all professional and senior management levels, across a broad range of industries, offering strategic support, direction and guidance in each phase of career transition and job search. Meena is an engaging facilitator recognized for instantly building rapport and human connection with clients when she shares her career journey and “walks the talk” when it comes to the challenges they are facing.

She is professionally trained and certified coach with the Coaches Training Institute and awarded her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation. Additionally, Meena is trained in career counselling bringing together a comprehensive and unique approach to support her clients. Meena’s depth of business acumen is derived from over 15 years of progressive experience in a corporate environment with expertise in sales, consulting, customer service, engineering, and operations.

Meena is an active member of both the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Global (ICF-Global) and Local (ICF Toronto Chartered Chapter) since 2011. She is a long-standing board member serving on the Board of Directors as the Chair of the Community Outreach Portfolio for the Toronto Chapter and in 2019 received recognition by ICF Global for the Coach Connect program, an award-winning program that connects not -for-profit and non-governmental organizations with local ICF chapter membership to make professional coaching both available and accessible to community organizations.
