How did a CPA and risk management executive become a leadership and career coach, photographer, and entrepreneur? There are days when I wonder this myself, but as I look back on my career, all the signs were there – it just took me 18 years to piece them all together. As Soren Kierkegaard once said, “Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.”

I have always believed that one of the most powerful abilities we have as humans, no matter what age, is to learn, grow and transform. We all have a unique set of skills, talents and life experiences to offer – and a responsibility to recognize and fully utilize them.

It is on these beliefs that I founded Creaity, a social enterprise increasing access to life-changing coaching and career development programs. Creaity is committed to ensuring that all Canadians have equal access to participate in the future of work. Through learning, coaching and community participation, we help our members reimagine success, rediscover their creative potential, and reinvent their career (and lives).
