Through Wendao, he equips coaches, psychotherapists, and business leaders around the world with cutting-edge training & coaching technologies to dramatically increase their performance and business revenue. During the pandemic period, Wendao hosted more than 100 public online events and 40 paid programs, impacting more than 10,000 lives globally.

Leo has rich management experience in Fortune 500 and is currently a Distinguished Mentor of Yanyuan Business School at Peking University. He accumulated more than 5,000 hours of coaching & training experience through Wendao and its affiliated companies.
