My practice is focused on life, career & professional development coaching for artists & creatives. I provide support at pivotal points when creative professionals need help to focus on their true priorities, strategize and build confidence to move forward and take their career or arts based business to the next level or a new direction.

My professional experience has evolved over three decades of working in leadership positions in small design and arts based businesses and non-profit arts organizations working side-by-side with creatives to support them to strategize direction, negotiate collaborations and partnerships, realize creative projects and implement business plans. Over the course of my career, I have collaborated with and mentored individuals to achieve hundreds of artistic projects and business initiatives.

I am a creative and I have a special passion for working with artists and creatives. Because of my own personal and professional experience I understand the creative mindset, the context, challenges and possibilities of building a sustainable and fulfilling career and life as a creative professional.
