Needs, Donna

I have always been very sensitive to my own and others’ feelings. In the past, I have been told that “I’m too sensitive” by many people – teachers, bosses, peer groups.

Thankfully, I continue to be sensitive to others, and I have learned to navigate my emotions much better to allow me to try to not take things so personally, and to give myself time to respond in an appropriate manner.

Have you every found this about yourself – either being too sensitive, thinking someone else was too sensitive, or being the brunt of someone else’s intense emotions?
