Rosen Schreiber, Barb

Barb is an organizational development professional and corporate coach with over 25 years experience in banking, pharma and insurance. She has led the implementation of emerging leader development, national and global performance management and measurement initiatives, mentoring programs, competency frameworks and employee engagement action planning. She has worked in business partner roles, coaching and consulting individuals and leadership teams on achieving organizational effectiveness, and aligning people and team capability with business strategies.

As Principal of “Lead with Impact”, Barb coaches managers and executives to expand their leadership skills, strengthen their teams, and increase their personal impact, by taking on challenges outside their comfort zone. Her approach to coaching is to:
• bring clarity to what really matters for her clients,
• use their passion to fuel their commitment to taking on challenging goals, and
• help them see and celebrate the qualities that distinguish them as effect.

She is recognized as a vibrant force that awakens the sleeping giant in people and organizations.

Barb is a PCC with ICF and a Certified Professional Co active Coach (CPCC) through CTI. She completed the Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching Program (ORSC) through the Centre for Right Relationship, is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) assessment, Facet5 and is a facilitator and practitioner with Resilience Alliance. Barb has a Masters in Adult Education from OISE, University of Toronto. Volunteer work:

and JVS, Jewish Vocational Services, contributing to their strategic
planning, program and policy development.
