Barb is an ICF professional certified coach (PCC), adult educator (MEd) and organizational development professional with extensive experience in banking, pharmaceuticals, insurance and health care. She has proven success in leadership development, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement strategies and mentoring programs; is known for effective coaching and mentoring that creates clarity and inspires change through action. As Principal of her coaching and consulting company, Lead with Impact, Barb works with individuals and teams within organizations to build leadership capability and deliver solutions that align performance to business goals.

Throughout her career Barb has always made time to give back to the community through volunteer work on advisory and program committees, and within the coaching community.
Barb completed a 7-year term on the Board of the International Coach Federation Toronto Chapter and served as President and Past President in 2020/2021 and 2021/2022. Under her term on the board, the chapter won the ICF Global 2021 Chapter Recognition Award and in 2020, and Gift of Coaching Award for pro-bono coaching programs that bring together coaches and not for profit organizations to support the UN 2030 Development Goals.
