Saint, Alicia

Currently, I serve as the President of the ICF Toronto Chapter. I am an ICF certified Professional Leadership Coach with over 25 years of extensive Tier 1 business experience, I am passionate about unlocking potential, fostering authenticity, and embracing possibility. My career includes 15 years in senior leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Mergers & Acquisitions, specifically within the Consumer Packaged Goods and Health and Beauty industries.

I serve as a dedicated change agent, empowering my clients to challenge the status quo and pursue their most significant goals, especially during times of change. My mission is to help individuals and teams “live and lead purposefully.” By discovering your purpose, you can identify your core values, strengths, and create a roadmap to becoming a fulfilled, high-performing leader. This clarity fosters confidence and decisiveness in your choices, enabling agility, risk-taking, and resilience.

Throughout my coaching practice, I incorporate the Neuroscience of Coaching, which blends scientific insights with the art of coaching. This approach equips my clients with a deeper understanding of their brain’s functioning, promoting more sustainable and impactful changes.

I work with a diverse clientele, from entrepreneurs to emerging and seasoned corporate leaders, through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and team workshops that emphasize finding each client’s unique “WHY.”

Additionally, I co-designed Women.Lead.Now., a holistic leadership development and coaching program that I’ve successfully delivered for the past five years.

For the past 3 years, I have been a member of the ICF & ACMP Global Taskforce, where I contribute to developing thought leadership to enable transformational, sustainable organizational change through a collaborative approach of professional coaching and change management.
