Shenouda, Lucy

Lucy Shenouda is the founder of FosterEssence Inc., a marketing strategist, and a leadership and team coach based in the Greater Toronto Area. She is a Systemic Team Coaching faculty member on the GTCI Practitioner and Senior Practitioner Program, having started her journey with Professor Peter Hawkins as part of the GTCI Launch Team. Fluent in English, Lucy draws on extensive marketing experience in corporate leadership roles with Fortune and Global 500 organizations in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region, excelling in coaching conversations focused on operational excellence, team alignment, and resilient leadership.

Her professional background includes collaborating with global brand ambassadors to co-lead marketing and learning integration for renowned brands such as Unilever, McDonald’s, Nestlé, and Showtime Arabia (now OSN). As a keynote speaker, Lucy is actively involved with Global and Canadian social impact organizations.

Accredited as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certified as a senior practitioner by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC Global), Lucy is well-equipped to engage clients through a range of assessments, coach/mentor supervision, and team coaching practices. Her diverse life experiences across cultures uniquely position her to guide global clients in maximizing their potential and overcoming challenges.
