Lori is an experienced, collaborative and accomplished Leadership Coach, Human Resources Executive and Trusted Advisor. Lori has coached leaders at all levels of organizations (with and without title). Lori’s lifelong passion for learning, her focus on developing people and organizational cultures are the foundations of her practice.

Lori is the Founder of HR Alliance Consulting & Coaching and initially established and ran her firm from 1997-2010 when she moved into a Corporate Executive role. She relaunched HR Alliance at the beginning of 2020.

Lori is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and holds her PCC Designation from the International Coach Federation. Lori provides Leadership Coaching to Executives, Directors and other leaders. In addition, Lori is a Certified Practitioner in various tools including the EQi-2.0 and EQ360, the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI).
