My mission is to provide the support I’d have loved to have throughout my 20+-year international career in the construction industry and corporate world – because, as a hard-working, busy professional woman in mid-level management, I often felt a lack of support, or misguided support, that made it harder for me to evolve in a way that suited me…
That means that I work with mid-level management professional women who “just want a better life / career” but who need help to get going, because they feel stuck, don’t know how to start, or wonder whether they’re even on the right path.
With my coaching-based development approach, which is all about them while not leaving them on their own with their thoughts going round in circle in their head, I help them get clarity on what they want, develop the confidence to take action (designed by them, for them) toward their goal and get into the driver’s seat of their life, in a way that fits in with their busy schedule, and in their own terms.
