Tremblay, Kelly

Dr. Kelly Tremblay PhD. CEC-ACC is a neuroscientist and audiologist who expands the work and health horizons for people in the middle and late stages of their careers. She loves helping people rewire and inspire!

As a tenured Professor and Director of the Brain and Behavior Laboratory for 20 years, her research shed light on how technology and training can be used to optimize brain plasticity and behavior change well into our later years. This expertise in behavior change, accessibility and healthy aging resulted in many invitations to work with many nonprofit organizations, including the World Health Organization, where she gained a deeper understanding of how work environments contribute to our overall health and well-being. She also co-founded and chaired the Task Force for Accessible, Inclusive Employment for the Hearing Loss Association of America, where she also served as a Board Trustee.

Now she is an independent consultant and coach who: co-leads peer support groups for Global 250 C-suite leaders, teaches students enrolled in the Masters of Coaching program at Royal Roads University, and supports leaders in promoting healthy, accessible, multi-generational workplaces where people can flourish. In addition to being a member of the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow of the McLean Institute of Coaching (an affiliate of Harvard Medical School), she is also a member of the Canadian Physician Coaching Network.
