Board of Directors
The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.

Abirambika Ravivarman
President
Abirambika Ravivarman supports leaders and organizations with human-centric strategies for higher performance and impact. With a background spanning corporate banking, leadership development, and mindfulness practices, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and holistic wisdom to her coaching engagements.
She is the Founder & CEO of Green Minds, India, and Human Systems at Work, Canada, leading transformational initiatives that foster leadership excellence and organizational well-being. She has developed flagship programs such as Human-Centric Systems Leadership, Listening to Change, and Dancing with Difference for Teams, each designed to cultivate deeper awareness, collaboration, and adaptability in individuals and teams.
Beyond coaching, she is an author, motivational speaker, and a Guinness World Record holder for mobilizing over 122,000 youth in a campaign for social change. She has served on the ICF Chennai Board and co-led ICF Global’s Life Vision and Enhancement Community of Practice. She actively supports youth development and partners with a not-for-profit organization to help the next generation gain reflective thinking skills, empowering them to navigate their futures with clarity and confidence. She is the host of ‘Leadership Insights Series’, a Linkedin live show where she discusses leadership and workplaces trends with thought leaders from the industry.
