The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.

Amy Au is the Founder of Innovate You, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Fascinate® Certified Advisor, and international best-selling author. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, including over a decade in leadership roles spanning business analytics, innovation, and organizational change, Amy understands firsthand the challenges women face in advancing their careers and being recognized for their leadership potential. She combines deep industry expertise with executive coaching to help leaders strengthen their confidence, executive presence, strategic influence, and ability to inspire high-performing teams.
