The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.

As founder of HelpText Consulting, Ilana integrates coaching into organizational transformation engagements,helping leaders strengthen judgment, clarify accountability, and address systemic conditions shaping performance.Her current focus includes AI governance — ensuring leadership capability and human judgment keep pace with emerging technology.
She is an Ambassador with the Agile Business Consortium and author of two books: Inside the Box: Mastering Internal Product Management and From Curiosity to Collaboration: Building a Meaningful Life and Career. Ilana brings a systems perspective and a commitment to ethical coaching practice.
