Board of Directors
The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.
Dr. Kelly Tremblay, Ph.D
Associate Director, Corporate Outreach
Dr. Kelly Tremblay, Ph.D. CEC ACC, is an ICF-certified coach who works with leaders and their teams to promote healthy, accessible, multi-generational workplaces where people can flourish. As a neuroscientist and a clinician, she brings this expertise to her practice, collaborating with leaders to improve person-centred communication and performance. As a researcher and educator, she translates knowledge into actionable, evidence-based lifelong learning experiences designed to maximize our potential.
Kelly has a successful leadership track record in the STEM and higher education sectors, serves on numerous boards, and consults for leading organizations such as the World Health Organization and Executive Networks. Recognized as a thought leader, she holds multiple academic affiliations, including an affiliate faculty position at Royal Roads University, where she teaches in the Master of Arts in Executive and Organizational Coaching program. She is also a Fellow of the McLean Institute of Coaching (an affiliate of Harvard Medical School) who leads many advocacy initiatives including the Hearing Loss Association of America where she was a Board Trustee and Co-Founder and Chair of the Task Force for Accessible, Inclusive Employment.
In addition to collaborating with leaders and their teams to enhance communication and performance, Kelly is a trusted partner who champions individuals through career transitions.
