Komal Smriti, PhD, MBA, PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner is an Executive & Leadership Coach, Coach Educator, Mentor Coach, Coaching Supervisor, and leadership development facilitator with over two decades of experience supporting leaders, teams, and organizations across corporate, nonprofit, education, and public sectors.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and an EMCC Senior Practitioner, Komal is deeply committed to advancing coaching excellence through ethical practice, reflective learning, and continuous professional development. She is passionate about building coaching competency—not only among professional coaches but also within leaders and organizations—so that coaching becomes a way of leading, collaborating, and unlocking human potential.

Prior to her coaching career, Komal spent 14 years in the global mobility industry, partnering with multinational organizations and working across diverse cultures. These experiences shaped her understanding of human behaviour, cultural intelligence, and the transformative impact of meaningful conversations.

Born and raised in India and now proudly calling Canada her *karmabhumi*—the land where purpose unfolds—Komal brings a perspective that thoughtfully integrates Eastern philosophy with contemporary coaching psychology. Her work is informed by trauma-aware and inclusive coaching approaches, with a strong commitment to equity, belonging, and creating psychologically safe spaces where individuals and teams can learn, grow, and thrive.

As an active contributor to the coaching community, Komal is passionate about creating opportunities for coaches to learn from one another, uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, and strengthen the impact of coaching within organizations and society. She believes the future of coaching lies not only in developing exceptional coaches, but also in fostering a vibrant, connected coaching community that continually learns, reflects, and serves with integrity.
