The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.

Director of Accreditation & Professional Growth

Neha Wasu is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Executive, Leadership and Conflict Management Coach passionate about helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen workplace relationships, and lead transformation with confidence and authenticity.

With close to two decades of experience across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, Indigenous organizations, not-for-profit, and consulting environments, Neha brings a unique blend of executive coaching, strategic HR leadership, organizational transformation, labour relations, and culture expertise. She has partnered with leaders across complex, multi-site, and unionized organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve engagement, and build high-performing, people-centered cultures.

Before expanding her focus on leadership and executive development, Neha held progressive senior Human Resources and People & Culture leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager, People, Talent Management & Culture. Her experience includes leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and culture transformation initiatives.
As a Certified Enterprise Agile Coach and Authorized Facilitator for Agility in HR through ICAgile, Neha is passionate about enabling adaptive, collaborative, and human-centered ways of working. She integrates Agile principles, Stakeholder-Centered Coaching Methodology, and Change Management practices to support leaders navigating growth, change, and workplace complexity.

Neha resides in Burlington, Ontario, with her husband and son. She enjoys lifelong learning, travelling, meaningful conversations, and community impact initiatives, and is deeply committed to empowering leaders to move beyond perceived limitations and create meaningful impact through authentic leadership.
