The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.

Director of Finance, Audit & Fiscal Planning
Dr. Vineet Sharma is a dedicated people leader, talent strategist, and emerging professional coach, currently serving as Treasurer and Director of Finance, Audit, and Fiscal Planning for the ICF Toronto Charter Chapter. With a strong foundation in Human Resources processes, Vineet brings a strategic and analytical approach to financial stewardship, governance, and operational excellence within the Chapter. He holds a Doctorate degree along with an MBA, demonstrating a strong commitment to academic excellence and a deep foundation in both research-driven insight and strategic business leadership.
Vineet’s journey with ICF Toronto reflects a deep commitment to service and continuous growth. He began as a volunteer with the Programming and Planning Committee, where he contributed to designing impactful learning experiences for the coaching community. Recognized for his leadership and contributions, he won the Best Volunteer award for 2025 and advanced to the role of Assistant Director of Programming and Planning, before stepping into his current executive leadership position.
Professionally, Vineet is a seasoned Human Resource professional with 20 plus years extensive experience. He is known for his ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals while fostering inclusive and high-performing workplaces.
Alongside his corporate and volunteer leadership, Vineet is on a purposeful journey toward achieving his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. He is passionate about coaching as a transformative tool for leadership development, personal growth, and organizational impact. As a coach, Vineet specializes in leadership development, partnering with emerging leaders to elevate their people management capabilities and leadership presence. His coaching approach is both insightful and transformative, enabling clients to build self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and lead with confidence and authenticity.
