The members of the Board of Directors act as volunteers. They must be members in good standing of the chapter and hold accreditation (ACC, PCC or MCC). Ideally they have previously served on one or more committees.
Yeugenia Kazantseva
Director of Member Experience & Connection
Yeugenia Kazantseva is a certified Life and Executive Coach credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, specialising in transitions, identity, and self-leadership for professional women. She guides clients from confusion and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and purposeful action — using an integrative approach that combines coaching methodology with evidence-based self-discovery frameworks.
With over 25 years of experience across corporate business, real estate, and entrepreneurship, Yeugenia brings a grounded, real-world perspective to her coaching practice. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker with over 15 years in the industry.
A dedicated community leader, Yeugenia served nine years on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto — the largest children’s welfare organization in North America — including two years as Chair of the Board. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Firearms Safety Education Services Ontario (FSESO).
Fluent in English, French, and Russian, Yeugenia brings a multicultural lens and a deep commitment to empowering women to lead with purpose and live in alignment.
