Coach Profile

Abirambika Ravivarman is leadership and team coach, and founder of Human Systems at Work™. With more than 20 years of experience across leadership, operations, risk, compliance, and organizational development, she works with leaders and teams navigating complexity, change, and the human dynamics that shape how work gets done.

Abi’s work sits at the intersection of leadership, coaching, human behavior, and systems. She is particularly interested in what happens beneath the visible structures of organizations, the relationships, assumptions, trust, conversations, and patterns that influence how people think, connect, and act.

A passionate advocate for human-centered leadership, Abi brings a blend of practical business experience, coaching, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and contemplative practice to her work. She is also the creator of Human-Centric Systems Leadership™.

Based in Toronto, Abi works with organizations and leaders across cultures and geographies, helping them build the human capacity needed to lead well in an increasingly complex and technology-enabled world.
