I’m an executive coach, ICF Assessor and Mentor Coach Specialist, and I’ve been coaching since 2008. Through Perspective In Action, I work with leaders and professionals who want space to think clearly, make thoughtful decisions and move forward with greater confidence. I also work with coaches who are developing their practice, deepening their understanding of the ICF Core Competencies or navigating credentialing.

Much of my work has taught me the value of listening closely, not only to what someone is saying, but also to what may not yet have been noticed. Over the years, I’ve assessed coaching at multiple credential levels, served as an Associate Faculty Mentor Coach at Royal Roads University, and worked with coaches and leaders at many different stages of their professional development.

My approach is practical, thoughtful and grounded in what is actually happening in the conversation. If we work together, you can expect a coaching space that gives you room to think, question assumptions, consider different perspectives and decide what makes sense for you.

Whether I’m coaching a leader, mentoring a coach or assessing a recording, I remain interested in the small shifts that can make a meaningful difference: what we notice, what we may be overlooking, and what becomes possible when we see a situation differently.

I’m based in Ontario and work with clients and coaches across Canada and internationally.
