I coach tech leaders who just stepped into a bigger seat. Usually that means a promotion at their own company into leading a larger org. A few months in, a quiet doubt sets in about whether they belong there, and overthinking is often the first sign. My work helps them drop the habits they picked up to prove themselves, so they can lead from what they already know.

I spent 23 years in tech, including 15 at Salesforce, where I went from Solution Engineer to Senior Director. I ran every one of those proving habits myself until they cost me.

I hold the ICF PCC and the Mentor Coach Specialization at both ACC and PCC levels, which qualifies me to deliver mentor coaching under ICF’s 2027 requirements.
