A 20-year corporate career, with 4 top-tier companies, 20 job roles (a few with GM or VP on the card), and 20+ different bosses. Friends teased me - "can't you hold a job?" I was driven and restless. Traditional corporate pursuits no longer lit me up.

Helping people get better - that really lit me up! So with a young family and a fat mortgage, I made a risky but vital course change - to serve, help people get better, and organizations to thrive. Nurturing leadership capabilities, and workplaces where everyone feels valued and appreciated, were core. Most of my clients are senior managers and executives, business owners, leadership teams, and driven people.

What Else?
I wrote I Love Mondays; for you. I've taught leadership, sales management, and sales at the University of Toronto, and the Schulich Executive Education Centre of York University.

I hold PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials through the International Coach Federation, CSL (Certified Sales Leader) designation through the Canadian Professional Sales Association, and have been certified by Thomas International on a variety of assessment tools.

It's a Noisy World
So I talk less and touch more. Meaning I offer young people early in their careers who can't easily or affordably access it; free coaching and mentoring. Outside of work, I'm passionate about my family, faith, cycling, and the occasional glass of Scotch.
