Coach Profile

Jennifer Britton is an award-winning author, coach, coach educator, and pioneer in the field of group and team coaching. Since 2004, through Potentials Realized, she has supported leaders, teams, coaches, and organizations globally to strengthen connection, conversation, collaboration, and capacity in an increasingly complex world of work.

Jennifer has been at the forefront of group and team coaching for two decades. Her first book, Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2009), was one of the earliest books dedicated to group coaching and has become a foundational resource for coaches worldwide. She is the author of eight business books, including From One to Many, Effective Virtual Conversations, Reconnecting Workspaces, ACTIVATE Your Group and Team Coaching Superpowers, and her newest book, Flow Flex Scale: Solopreneur Operating System

Her work with organizations and teams was recognized with an ICF Prism Award in 2016 for excellence and impact in coaching and was given the Individual Contributor Award by ICF Toronto in 2022 for her contribution to the development of the team coaching field, and her contributions to the profession around virtual in the pandemic.

Jennifer brings more than three decades of experience in experiential learning and leadership development, including 15 years of global leadership experience leading teams with the United Nations and other international organizations.

Today, Jennifer’s work sits at the intersection of coaching, human connection, capacity, and the future of work. She trains and mentors coaches in group and team coaching, supports leaders and teams navigating complexity and change, and works with solopreneurs building sustainable businesses.

Across her work, Jennifer’s focus remains consistent: creating the conditions for better conversations, stronger connections, meaningful action, and sustainable results.
