Coach Profile

Jennifer is an ICF ACC focused on leadership coaching and team cohesion, built on a belief that everything comesback to trust. As a practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Assessments, and The Five Behaviors, she blends self-awareness tools with practical strategies to help leaders build trust, strengthen communication, and align with outcomes that matter.​

Jennifer draws on 30 years of advertising and media experience across Canada and the USA, including serving as Chief Client Officer for one of Canada’s largest media agencies — working with 100+ clients and managing a team of over 300 people. She brings deep expertise in navigating corporate environments and driving cultural transformation.​

Beyond her coaching practice, Jennifer mentors emerging Indigenous professionals through the Influence Mentoring Society, serves as Communications Director on the Toronto Modern Quilt Guild board, and is a Certified Zentangle Teacher and SoulCollage® Facilitator.
